Controversial Motorcycle Speed Record in Casual Attire Raises Eyebrows

A YouTuber has caught attention for achieving astonishing speeds of 222 MPH on a motorcycle while participating in a street race, all while wearing just jeans and a tank top.

ImKay, a motorcycle enthusiast and popular YouTuber with a following of over one million subscribers, is not one to shy away from pushing the limits of speed on his rides. His impressive collection of bikes always leaves his audience in awe.

The content creator frequently collaborates with other car enthusiasts for car meetups, where a small group of drivers will gather to take their supercars out on the highway and push their acceleration to the limit.

During his latest ride, ImKay decided to take his Kawasaki Ninja H2R for a spin and ended up participating in a spontaneous street race with a 1990 Ferrari F40, reaching an incredible speed of 222 miles per hour.

ImKay proudly exclaimed that he had reached a new top speed with the H2R, leaving his companions behind as he quickly slowed down to pull over. However, he couldn’t help but feel a twinge of disappointment as he noticed a few scratches on the shiny chrome tank of his ride.

Upon arriving back at home base, the F40’s driver praised ImKay for his skillful handling of the bike and reminisced about his own youthful days on the road, stating that their race had brought back some fond memories.

The driver exclaimed, “That’s awesome!”

The segment starts at 18 minutes.

Despite some concerns from commenters about ImKay’s use of the H2R on a public road, it should be noted that the bike is officially listed as a course-only vehicle on Kawasaki’s website. However, some viewers have pointed out that the YouTuber appears to be riding on a highway in his video, although he does include disclaimers stating that he is riding on a “closed course.”

“The description of the video states that all footage is captured in Mexico by experienced experts, unless otherwise specified.”

The base model of the 2024 Kawasaki Ninja H2R has a retail price of $58K, not including any additional modifications or accessories. In contrast, the Ferrari F40 is a $3.5 million car according to its highest recorded sale on Aug 19, 2022, resulting in a significantly pricier street race.
