Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 Event Countdown
The next Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 event is set to start on October 5, 2024, at 2 PM ET.
The recent update introduced only a few minor alterations to the map. Many rivers and streams have dried up, and the Doom Island has been removed from the game. A lot of data related to the upcoming Fortnitemares event has also been included as preparation for the Halloween season. Players have noticed the addition of a special countdown feature.
Just to the west of the Reckless Railways POI, there’s a countdown that shows players the timing for the next in-game event. To see this countdown, you’ll need to enter a standard Battle Royale match, as Ranked Matches do not display it.
To find the countdown, head to Reckless Railways and look for the bare patch of land with Stark Industries gear scattered around. The countdown is projected right there on the hill.
