- Click the phone icon located at the bottom left of your screen.
- On the phone menu, choose Home.
- Select the option to Hire an Inheritance Lawyer.
- Wait for the lawyer to arrive at your home.
- Engage with the lawyer and choose Start Will.
Creating a Will at the Town Hall

If your Sim resides in Ravenwood, you can visit the Town Hall to create your will. The procedure is quite similar to hiring a lawyer, but you’ll need to find the specific lot first:
- Open the Ravenwood world map.
- Navigate to the Mourninvale neighborhood and select the only house.
- Scroll until you locate the Mourningvale Town Hall.
- Click on the Town Hall and select Start Will.
- Allow your Sim to enter the building before emerging with their will.
Once your Sim has completed their will, it will be located in their inventory. From there, you can choose to customize various elements of the will, such as your Heirloom items, funeral arrangements, grave markers, and more.
