Crunchyroll Expands Fall 2024 Lineup with The Blue Wolves of Mibu and More Titles

On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, Crunchyroll unveiled additional anime series for its Fall 2024 lineup, featuring The Blue Wolves of Mibu among other exciting titles. This announcement followed the initial Fall 2024 schedule reveal on September 18, which included fan-favorite series such as Dandadan, Re:ZERO season 3, and Rurouni Kenshin (2023).

While The Blue Wolves of Mibu stands out as a major highlight among the newly added series, there are several other noteworthy entries as well. These include A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School!, Kinokoinu – Mushroom Pup, Love Live! Superstar!! season 3, and many more. All additional series are set to premiere on Crunchyroll from today, October 2, through Saturday, October 19.

Exciting New Additions to Crunchyroll: The Blue Wolves of Mibu, A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School!, and More for Fall 2024

The first new series to make its debut was A Herbivorous Dragon of 5,000 Years Gets Unfairly Villainized season 2, which premiered on Tuesday, October 1. Following that, Kinokoinu – Mushroom Pup will start streaming on Thursday, October 3. On Friday, October 4, viewers can look forward to the premiere of The IDOLM@STER Shiny Colors season 2 on the platform.

Next up, The Healer Who Was Banished From His Party, Is, In Fact, the Strongest will premiere on Saturday, October 5, followed by Puniru is a Kawaii Slime on Sunday, October 6. Love Live! Superstar!! season 3 will debut on Monday, October 7, and A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School! on Tuesday, October 8. Lastly, The Blue Wolves of Mibu will conclude the string of premieres by arriving on Crunchyroll on Saturday, October 19.

As of the writing of this article, none of the aforementioned series have received announcements regarding alternate language dubs from Crunchyroll. However, it is anticipated that several of these titles will eventually be dubbed in at least one alternate language. In the meantime, all series will stream weekly on the platform with English subtitles as new episodes are released in Japan.

In addition to the titles previously mentioned, there are several other significant anime currently airing on Crunchyroll for the Fall 2024 season. Notably, Dragon Ball Daima is set to be a prominent series, marking the last major project involving the late franchise creator, Akira Toriyama. Other highlights include Blue Lock season 2, Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online season 2, Blue Exorcist season 4, and many more.

The Blue Wolves of Mibu anime adapts the original manga series of the same name by author and illustrator Tsuyoshi Yasuda. The manga began its serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in October 2021 and continues to be published regularly, having currently amassed 15 volumes, with three available in English.
