Fortunately, obtaining each Cursed Technique isn’t overly complicated. Initially, you’ll need to either die or exit a level. When this occurs, there’s a slight chance that you’ll be transported to the Dream area, a Point of Interest outside the main map. Here, whispers will guide you toward a pit where you will face three curses. You must repeat this process three times to receive a random Cursed Technique from the list. To reroll, simply undergo the Dream process once for each roll.
