With the launch of Part 2 of the Fischmas 2024 event, players have been introduced to a new and exhilarating feature: fishing rod skins. This update allows players to personalize their fishing experience, showcasing their unique style while they reel in impressive catches.
Where to Acquire Fishing Rod Skins in Fisch
To obtain these new fishing rod skins, head over to Moosewood and find the Moosewood Skin Merchant. This NPC is conveniently located at the base of the ramp that leads from the docks to the merchant area. Here, you can explore three different types of crates, each filled with a variety of fishing rod skins designed for the various rods featured in the game.
The following crates and their respective costs are available:
Crate | Cost |
---|---|
Moosewood Crate | 50,000C$ |
Desolate Crate | 150,000C$ |
Ancient Crate | 350,000C$ |
When you purchase each crate, you’ll receive a chance to unlock a selection of skins, with the probability of obtaining certain rarities varying. Although the Ancient Crate has the highest cost, it also contains some of the best rod designs available in Fisch, including the prestigious King’s Rod.
