Dana White’s Excitement Over $10K Neymar Card in UFC Surprise

While Dana White may not be the most avid soccer enthusiast, a recent experience involving a Topps Dynasty trading card box changed his perspective, at least temporarily.

The UFC President and CEO was taken aback when he discovered a Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior trading card estimated to be worth a staggering $10,000.

A video that has since gone viral captured the moment as White meticulously revealed a Topps trading card featuring the Brazilian soccer icon. Upon noticing the card’s gold plating at the bottom, his excitement was palpable. “Oh my God!” he exclaimed in surprise.

“Get the f*ck out of here! I don’t know a lot about f*cking soccer,” he exclaimed joyfully.

Despite his limited knowledge of the famous Brazilian forward, White’s friend quickly clarified that the gold detail signified a 1-of-1 card. “That looks like a one-of-one,” his friend confirmed enthusiastically.

“Hey, listen to me. You know me. This isn’t f*cking rigged at all,” White stated earnestly, directing his comment toward the camera.

Upon finally unboxing the $10K Neymar card, White’s companions erupted in cheers, exclaiming, “No way! No way!”

“Is it that Neymar guy? I know who this guy is,” White reiterated, acknowledging the player’s fame.

The card highlighted Neymar’s signature alongside a piece of fabric from a jersey worn during a PSG match, significantly enhancing its value.

Although White was ecstatic about discovering this valuable trading card, he has openly expressed his lack of enthusiasm for soccer in the past.

In a previous clip from several years ago, White made remarks that implied less regard for the sport, claiming soccer is the “least talented sport on earth” and noting that “there’s a reason three-year-olds can play soccer.”

Nevertheless, some soccer aficionados have voiced their displeasure over White’s card find, claiming it’s unfair that those with resources seem to benefit even more.

In spite of the backlash, White took to Instagram to announce his plans to gift away the Neymar card along with a Paul Skenes card valued at $15,000.
