Deadpool & Wolverine’s Henry Delaney dedication explained

The movie Deadpool & Wolverine, currently playing in theaters, includes a heartfelt tribute to ‘Henry Delaney’ in the end credits.

Henry Delaney’s Background

Rob Delaney’s son, Henry Delaney, is the son of the actor who plays Peter in Deadpool 2 and Deadpool & Wolverine.

At the end of the movie’s credits, there is a dedication that reads ‘For Henry Delaney’.

Rob’s son, Henry, passed away in 2006 at the age of two due to brain cancer.

After his passing, Rob shared a heartfelt tribute to his son on Facebook, stating: “His determination to live, love, and form connections was remarkable. I am moved by the loving actions of Henry’s mother and siblings.”

“Their beautiful lives are what motivate me to strive not to succumb to madness from grief. I refuse to miss out on any future experiences with them, as I am greedy for more memories together.”

In addition, Delaney has penned a highly praised memoir that delves into his struggle with the sorrow of losing his loved one. The book, titled ‘A Heart That Works,’ was released in 2022 and is available for purchase here.
