This format mirrored a previous Jubilee initiative featuring conservative figure Charlie Kirk debating 25 liberal college students.

Dean’s video has so far attracted over 10 million views, in addition to millions more across platforms like TikTok and X/Twitter, where his segments frequently gain viral traction.

He has also been featured in various live debate streams, notably on Adin Ross’ Kick channel. Furthermore, he appeared on One Night With Steiny, where he sparred with a “hot Trump supporter,”leading to several of those clips also going viral.

Interestingly, Dean mentioned during a podcast that he was raised in a conservative household, with a pro-Trump mother who has faced multiple bans on Facebook for her trolling activities. He believes this background significantly influenced his political education.

Previous Controversies: Allegations of Racism and Homophobia

Despite his progressive stance, Withers has acknowledged past incorrect behaviors when screenshots of him using racial and homophobic slurs surfaced online.

“Screenshots of me using the f slur in 2022 and the n-word in 2019 have circulated here on X,” he stated. “To clarify, both screenshots are indeed 110% real.

“I previously made an extensive post about my past use of slurs on Discord. I’d like to share a portion of that now.

“I’m making this announcement to not only hold myself accountable but also to encourage all of you to do the same … The use of slurs is unacceptable, harmful, and detestable, and I regret my previous actions.

“As I frequently discuss during my live streams, the reason I conduct these debates is that I was once in a position where I lacked critical understanding of the issues I now advocate fiercely. My goal is to share the same knowledge that led me to enlightenment with as many people as possible. I regret the person I once was, and this will always be a source of shame for me.”

Additionally, Dean faced accusations of running a university “scam,” reminiscent of Andrew Tate’s schemes, named “E-Rich University,” where he claimed to teach people about influencer management, advanced cryptocurrency trading, and making money online.
