Dedicated Fan Tattoos “KSI” Across His Body for a Year Until YouTuber Reaches Out

Man Tattoos KSI’s Name Daily in Hopes of a Call

In a remarkable show of fandom, tattoo artist and aspiring social media influencer known as ‘Sopas Tattoo Artist’ is on a unique mission: he has committed to tattooing the name of popular YouTuber KSI on his body every single day until he receives a call from the internet sensation.

Extreme Fandom Takes Center Stage

While there are devoted fans, Sopas exemplifies the extreme side of devotion, determined to make his admiration for KSI undeniable. Despite KSI recently facing backlash over his song “The Thick of It”and his affiliation with the controversial Lunchly lunch kit, Sopas remains undeterred. His singular focus is on connecting with his YouTube idol.

A Personal Commitment

Sopas believes that his daily tattooing ritual is the only way to catch KSI’s attention. “I won’t settle for anything less than a phone call,” he proclaimed, emphasizing the depth of his commitment.

KSI Responds, But Sopas Presses On

KSI did reach out via direct messages on X in September, asking Sopas to halt his tattooing spree. “Bro, please stop,”he wrote. “I’ve messaged you; you can stop now.”Yet, for Sopas, this communication wasn’t enough. “It should be a good thing, right?” he expressed in a YouTube video. “No, guys… he hasn’t called me yet. I don’t know what to do.”

As of now, Sopas has inked KSI’s name onto his skin a staggering 161 times, all while patiently waiting for the call that may or may not come, remaining steadfast in his quest despite family concerns regarding his unusual endeavor.

Family Support and Personal Choice

“My family doesn’t really support this,” Sopas admitted. “But at the same time, it’s my body, it’s my choice. I do what I want to do. And at the end of the day, they know, and I know that if I’m going to regret this in the future, or if there are some problems, I will have to deal with that on my own.”

A Trend of Extreme Fandom?

Sopas is not an isolated case; his challenge mirrors other viral stunts. Earlier in 2023, a TikToker gained notoriety for tattooing MrBeast’s name on himself until the YouTuber acknowledged him. Additionally, in February 2024, a Kai Cenat superfan caused a stir online by tattooing the streamer’s baby photo on her face, illustrating a growing trend of extreme fan expressions.

As Sopas continues on his path, the question remains: what will it take for KSI to finally pick up the phone and fulfill his fan’s dream? Only time will tell.
