The 15th installment of Delicious in Dungeon saw Laios and his companions waking up to the realization that the dungeon floor they were on was undergoing a transformation. They deduced that the crazed sorcerer was behind this in an attempt to hinder their escape. As they pressed on towards the exit, they encountered dryads and engaged in battle with them.
Despite initially appearing to have the upper hand, the party’s luck quickly turned when they defeated a dryad who released a multitude of spores upon her defeat. This resulted in Laios, Senshi, and Chilchuck all falling victim to a severe case of hay fever. However, with the aid of Chilchuck, Senshi was able to emerge victorious against the dryads.
Once the battle was won, the group gathered the dryad’s fruit, only to discover that they were actually pumpkins with eerie human-like faces. Marcille, who had already healed everyone’s hay fever, then took on the task of teaching Laios some magic, knowing that she couldn’t single-handedly assist them for much longer.
Despite his initial reluctance, Laios eventually gave in to Marcille’s insistence and allowed her to teach him how to perform healing magic. To everyone’s surprise, Laios was able to grasp the fundamentals of basic healing magic after only a few lessons.
Furthermore, he successfully treated Marcille’s injuries to the extent that her scabs naturally fell away. Afterwards, Marcille, Chilchuck, and Senshi ventured out to survey their environment, but they encountered a Cockatrice, known for its ability to petrify its victims with a single bite. Despite the group’s triumph over the creature, Marcille unfortunately fell victim to its bite and was transformed into a statue.
