Upon their arrival, Namari greets them outside, implying that the elves have been engaged in talks with the Lord for several hours. Despite being instructed to remain outside, Kabru and Shuro enter with the intention of stopping the Lord from giving the elves control of the dungeon. The elven delegation is characterized by their confident personalities and intricate plans, focusing on a broader strategy for managing the dungeon.

The complexities of the elves’ motivations are highlighted through Kabru’s flashbacks and the revelation that he was adopted by an elven leader after his town was destroyed. Kabru’s personal motivations, stemming from the loss of his town, are intricately intertwined with his mission, and he pins his hopes on Laios and Falin’s rumored kindness. Although he initially doubted Laios and saw him as someone fixated on monsters, Kabru eventually realizes that Laios might hold the key to bringing stability to the dungeon.

The focus returns to the group in the dungeon, revealing a major revelation: the mysterious figure that Laios has been seeing is actually a real entity. This ghostly being, who had previously rescued them, leads them to the Golden Country, a paradise-like village stuck in a time loop.
