In the latest chapter of Destiny 2’s Episode: Revenant, players are faced with a series of fieldwork challenges, one of which requires the defeat of Servitors located in the European Dead Zone (EDZ). While this task might seem straightforward, finding these elusive Fallen creatures can be a challenge due to their limited presence compared to more common adversaries like Dregs and Vandals.
Instead of wasting valuable game time searching for Servitors, players can streamline this process by focusing on a specific location known for frequent Servitor spawns.
Optimal Location to Defeat Servitors in the EDZ
The Ether Resupply public event, situated in the Outskirts of the EDZ, serves as the best method for efficiently encountering and defeating Servitors. This event features a dominant Servitor boss, along with multiple lesser Servitors that act as its protectors. Successfully defeating all these enemies will fulfill the requirements for this fieldwork task in a remarkably short period.
To trigger the Ether Resupply event, you may need to enter and exit the EDZ multiple times until it appears on your map. Patience is key, as it might take several attempts before the event becomes available.
Additionally, this public event can occasionally spawn at Firebase Hades in the EDZ, though this occurrence is rare. Keeping an eye out for this option can also provide an easy route for racking up Servitor kills.
When participating in these battles, it’s crucial to note that credit for Servitor kills will only be granted if you contribute damage. Therefore, standing idly while your teammates do all the work will not count towards your task. Conversely, be careful to avoid overwhelming the Servitors too quickly, as their health is not particularly formidable, and your teammates may not get a chance to assist if they fall too rapidly.
In addition to defeating Servitors, completing the remainder of the field tasks in Revenant Act 3 will also involve using Kell’s Fall organ puzzle codes to defeat the Scorn Organist.
