Destiny 2 Patch Notes 8.2.0.1: Nether Healing Adjustments and PvP Exotic Nerf Details

Destiny 2 Patch Notes 8.2.0.1: Nether Healing Adjustments and PvP Exotic Nerf Details

Since the recent launch of **Episode Heresy**, Bungie has rolled out another round of patch notes for Destiny 2, specifically Update 8.2.0.1. This update addresses various critical issues introduced in the latest season.

One of the most significant adjustments in this update involves healing in **The Nether**.Healing from multiple sources has been enhanced to improve player survival rates. Additionally, the difficulty level for **The Nether: Explore** has been modified to create a more accessible gameplay experience. For those players seeking a greater challenge, the **Expert mode** remains available, as Bungie has focused solely on adjusting the Explore mode.

Another major tweak comes in the PvP arena, where the **Radiant Dance Machines** have been toned down. Following a recent buff that allowed players to regain Class Ability with each kill, this Exotic had become increasingly overpowered, allowing **Prismatic Hunters** to maintain invisibility almost indefinitely. Such dominance in gameplay was a common concern, and this patch effectively addresses that issue.

Prior to this patch, Radiant Dance Machines were exceptionally dominant in PvP.
