How to Play Diablo 4 Couch Co-op
In order to partake in couch co-op in Diablo 4, the first step is to activate the mode. To begin your two-player journey, just follow these instructions:
- To begin playing Diablo 4, start the game on your console and turn on one controller.
- Activate the controller for the second player.
- A notification will pop up in the lower right corner of your screen to confirm the connection of P2.
- The second player will then be required to sign in using their Xbox/PlayStation account that is connected to Blizzard’s Battle.net service.
- Next, the second player should be given the opportunity to choose their character.
- Choose the character and you will have the opportunity to play together.
Platforms for Split-Screen Availability

After completing a dungeon or area, whether through local co-op or online, all players in the lobby room have the opportunity to receive an additional 5% of XP. By teaming up, players can earn a maximum of 10% bonus XP.
