The main focus of Diablo 4 Season 5 is the Infernal Hordes mode, which includes a variety of new Uniques and Legendary items in its loot table.
During this rogue-like mode, you will encounter numerous enemies as the difficulty increases with each wave until you finally reach the Fell Council, where you will face the boss. Once you have emerged victorious, you will have the opportunity to unlock caches using the Burning Aether that you have accumulated. The Uniques, which are indicated in bold in the table above, can only be obtained through this activity. In contrast, the Aspects can be obtained as Legendary weapons and gear and can be extracted by dismantling them at a Blacksmith in any major town in Sanctuary.

It should be mentioned that utilizing a Tier II Infernal Hordes Compass while running the activity will increase your chances of obtaining the Uniques. Compasses in this tier and above possess additional affixes that can boost gear drop rates, resulting in a more favorable RNG outcome.
To acquire the items listed in the table above with Greater Affixes, you will need to obtain them from the Spoils of Greater Equipment, which can only be obtained by spending 60 Burning Aether.
In order to obtain improved equipment for this activity, make sure to fulfill your Seasonal Journey objectives and collect Mother’s Gift, which will allow you to access better reputation rewards from the seasonal vendor.
