The February 15 episode of the Xbox Podcast was full of announcements, and Microsoft also took the time to reveal that Diablo 4 will soon be joining Xbox Game Pass for gamers to enjoy.
Diablo 4 was one of the biggest games released in 2023. Its availability on multiple platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, contributed to its initial success. However, Diablo 4 player numbers declined in 2024 following numerous player complaints.
This could all change dramatically after Microsoft confirmed the long-awaited arrival of Diablo 4 on the Pass. Once Diablo 4 is released, it is possible that the number of players will increase again. Indeed, this accessibility should attract more players to the game.

Subscribers won’t have to wait long as Diablo 4 arrives on Xbox Game Pass, console and PC, on March 28, 2024.
Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard was the catalyst that opened the door to this possibility. The deal closed in October 2023, and players are eager to learn more about the possible arrivals of other franchises like Call of Duty.

The announcement was made during the official Xbox podcast released on February 15, 2024. The same update on new ventures at Microsoft also revealed that Xbox exclusive titles, like Sea of Thieves and Hi-Fi Rush, will be making their way to PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.
