Blizzard has included a number of endgame bosses with each new Season of Diablo 4. However, one of them seems to be causing problems for many players.
The Diablo 4 developers included a bunch of new mechanics in Season 3 like Vaults and Seneschal Constructs. And players have already reached the end of the game a month after its launch.
Most Diablo 4 players are still unhappy with several aspects of the game as discussions regarding Uber Lilith reignite. This endgame boss is considered the most unfair boss in the game and some players are confused about the logic behind its existence.
Diablo 4 players are unhappy with endgame boss Uber Lilith
User u/Co-OpHardcoreFordie started a discussion about this on Reddit. He asked: “Why is Uber Lilith fundamentally different from everything else in the game? “. He then claimed that his attacks kill players in a single hit.

This player then clarified that Uber bosses like Malphas and Duriel have attacks that are significantly weaker than those of Uber Lilith, and “can’t kill you even if you’re a fragile [Sorcerer]”in Diablo 4. Plus, Uber Lilith has a multitude of “lethal”attacks that are “death incarnate”according to him.
“I’m not asking for strategies or advice, I’m asking from a design perspective, why would it make sense for this boss to be unlike any other boss in the game?» he finally asked. He calls Uber Lilith’s design choice “confusing”in Diablo 4.
Players agreed with the poster’s point of view, saying it was “sloppy design”and that there were no mechanics in combat that were “interesting.”Some even felt like the in-game AI was “cheating” when fighting this boss in Diablo 4.
“Worst boss in my personal experience with video games. Like the end of Overcooked before they fixed it for All You Can Eat.», added a player.
The outrage against Uber Lilith is not new and has been going on for a long time in the Diablo 4 community. However, the developers still haven’t addressed the issue in a patch. Hopefully they will hear from the players.
