Despite a somewhat turbulent beginning, Diablo 4 Season 5 has one bug that players will definitely appreciate.
Despite its impressive Season 4, Diablo 4 Season 5 has encountered some challenges in its initial stages as players have reported experiencing server lag and crashes. While there may be some technical issues, overall it is still a decent experience.
Despite being unintended, Tempering Manuals unlocked in the previous season have carried over to Diablo 4 Season 5. The developers have graciously chosen to retain this feature, which may even result in a more significant benefit.
Neamins, a user on Reddit, shared on the Diablo Subreddit about a bug in Season 5 that resulted in their character jumping from level 29 to 63 within a single second. This allowed them to instantly access the Paragon Board.

The glitch happened while Neamins defeated Nilcar, a Stronghold boss belonging to Kyovashad, known as the Forgotten Bishop. Normally, Nilcar is higher in level compared to the player, providing a slight increase in experience, but it is not sufficient for a sudden 34-level increase.
Despite initial speculation from users in the thread that the situation was related to early access to Tempering, Neamens clarified that this was not the case. They explained that no items were actually tempered at the time of the video, but they had accessed the Tempering system, suggesting that it may have been a prerequisite.
Upon defeating Nilcar, one player pointed out the significant number of Health Potions that dropped. They compared it to receiving 10+ kills in one go. Neamins responded that they hadn’t realized it at the time, but this could explain the abundance of Health Potions.
To reach 34 levels in Diablo 4 Season 5, you would have to defeat the boss a few more times than 10 in order to gain the necessary amount of experience.
Other than Neamins, there has been another player who reported experiencing this bug. They confirmed that they also encountered the same issue after defeating Nilcar.
Despite players’ best efforts, the method for reproducing this bug in Diablo 4 Season 5 remains a mystery. However, for those who are able to successfully do so, the rewards are highly lucrative.
