New Unique Gear for Diablo 4 Season 5

To date, one Unique Gear piece has been unveiled for each of the five classes in Diablo 4, to be potentially included in their Season 5 loadouts. The currently revealed Uniques for Diablo 4 Season 5 are listed below:

Character Class: Barbarian

  • Unbroken Chain (Amulet): When casting Steel Grasp, the cooldown of Iron Maelstrom is reduced by 5-10 seconds. Additionally, enemies that are damaged by Iron Maelstrom will have their damage output decreased by 15-30% for a duration of 6 seconds.

The Druid Class

  • The Björnfang’s Tusks (Gloves) now ensure that Cataclysm will hit all targets within its range, and you will also deal 40-80% [x] more damage for as long as the effect lasts. Additionally, while Cataclysm is in effect, your Spirit will be unlimited.

Necromancer

  • The Path of Trag’Oul (Boots) enhances the Bone Prison skill, causing it to ensnare a wider radius and shoot 20-35 Bone Splinters at any enemies caught within. Additionally, each time these Bone Splinters strike an enemy, your Maximum Essence is increased by 2 for a duration of 8 seconds.

Rogue

  • The Shroud of Khanduras (Chest) provides 3 seconds of immunity with its Dark Shroud ability, but also increases the cooldown for Evade by 9-3 seconds. When using Evade while Dark Shroud is active, enemies will be pulled in and damaged by a Shadow explosion.

Sorcerer

  • Axial Conduit (Pants): Chain Lightning alternates between orbiting you and targeting up to 3 enemies. Upon returning, it consumes 6 Mana for each active Chain Lightning. Once a total of 66 Mana has been drained, the bolt detonates, dealing (270%-570%) Lightning damage. If insufficient Mana is available, Chain Lightning will expire.

New Features in Diablo 4 Season 5

Despite the exceptional rarity of Uniques, Diablo 4 Season 5 has revealed a significantly higher number of Legendary Aspects. However, it is apparent that certain classes have been favored with more attention than others thus far.

Currently, the legendary aspects for Season 5 in Diablo 4 are as follows:

Barbarian

  • The Aspect of Forward Momentum (Mobility) provides a 25-40% Movement Speed boost for 3 seconds upon successfully knocking back an enemy.

Necromancer

  • The Aspect of the Unholy Tether (Mobility) allows for a temporary bond to be formed between you and Golem when its active Skill is cast. This bond lasts for 6 seconds and grants both of you Unhindered status, increasing your Movement Speed by 25-40%.
  • The Inexorable Reaper’s Aspect (Mobility) now allows Sever to dash forward for an attack. This skill has been changed to a Mobility Skill and does not require any Essence, but still has a cooldown of 22-7 seconds.
  • The Aspect of Creeping Mist (Mobility) grants a 20-35% reduction in Evade Cooldown. While in Blood Mist, you can now use Evade to travel twice the distance. Additionally, your Evade Cooldown will be reset upon entering or leaving Blood Mist.
  • The Offensive aspect of Imprisoned Spirit causes Bone Spirit to explode twice when trapped inside a Bone Prison, resulting in 40-70% more damage. Additionally, Bone Spirit will now target enemies within a Bone Prison first.

Rogue

  • Using a Healing Potion will give you a 35-50% boost in Movement Speed for 3 seconds. Once you have traveled a distance of 30 meters, a Healing Potion will automatically spawn for you. This is part of the Aspect of Nebulous Brews, which focuses on enhancing mobility.
  • The Galvanized Slasher’s Aspect (Resource) grants the ability to land a Lucky Hit, which has a 15-30% chance of restoring all of your Energy when using a Mobility Skill to damage an enemy. Additionally, this aspect increases your Maximum Energy by 10-25.
  • Offensive Aspect: Iron Rain Smoke Grenade has a 35-50% chance to create an Arrow Storm upon detonation, inflicting Physical damage over a period of 3 seconds. Additionally, your Arrow Storms will consistently inflict Vulnerable on enemies.
  • The Offensive Aspect of Breakneck Bandit: Flurry now has a 20% chance to Stun enemies for 3 seconds and deals 15-30% more damage with each hit.
  • The Utility aspect of Mired Sharpshooter has been updated so that the Marksman Skill, Caltrops, will now periodically throw 5-20 piercing daggers over its Duration. Each dagger will deal Shadow damage and apply the Vulnerable effect for a duration of 3 seconds.

Sorcerer

  • Aspect of Fleeting Agility: Experience a 5-15% increase in Movement Speed. This effect is doubled if you refrain from using any Defensive Skills for 8 seconds.
  • The Aspect of the Firebird grants the Flame Shield Enchantment at no cost. When activated, the Flame Shield will cause Meteorites to rain down around you, dealing (50%-70%) Fire damage.
  • The Lightning Rod Aspect causes Chain Lightning to have a 5-20% chance of chaining an extra time when striking enemies who are Crowd Controlled or Bosses. Additionally, it will specifically target these enemies.
  • The Aspect of Elemental Acuity grants a 10-20% increase in Mana Regeneration for 5 seconds upon casting a Pyromancy, Shock, or Frost Skill, limited to once per Element. When fully stacked, the bonus is heightened to 60-120% for 10 seconds, but all stacks expire after the duration.
  • The Lucky Hit aspect of the Orange Herald allows for a 5-10% chance of reducing the Cooldown of your Ultimate Skill by 2 seconds when damaging an enemy with a Skill. This effect can only occur once per Skill cast.

The Diablo 4 Season 5 PTR has revealed various Uniques and Legendary Aspects. It is important to note that the purpose of the PTR is to test the effects of these new options.

There is a chance that the listed values for these new Affixes may be adjusted by Blizzard based on their performance. The release of Diablo 4 Season 5 on July 17, 2024, will provide a clearer understanding of how these buildcrafting options will function in the game.
