Diablo 4 Streamer Achieves Tier 100 Nightmare Dungeon Clear Using Only Level 1 Gear

Diablo 4 streamer Wudijo continues to impress with a remarkable series of legendary challenges, this time successfully navigating a character equipped solely with gear found at level 1 through a Tier 100 Nightmare Dungeon. Notably, this feat was accomplished in Hardcore Mode.

As the Diablo 4 community eagerly awaits the upcoming release of the Vessel of Hatred expansion along with the associated Season of Hatred Rising, players who buy the DLC will unlock exciting features like the new Spiritborn class, a new chapter in the campaign, and fresh gameplay mechanics. However, even those with just the base game will experience benefits thanks to the recently previewed progression system in the 2.0 PTR.

This new system will undoubtedly reshape the landscape of challenge runs in Diablo 4, particularly in light of Wudijo’s latest impressive run. Known for his exceptional skills, Wudijo has once again executed an extraordinary feat in the game’s permadeath Hardcore Mode.

On this occasion, the streamer undertook the challenge of guiding a Hardcore character, hampered by gear limited to level 1, through some of Diablo 4’s most formidable challenges. He achieved this by decisively clearing one of the game’s Tier 100 Nightmare Dungeons while adhering to a self-imposed restriction.

Initially, Wudijo aimed to reach level 100 with his character limited to level 1 gear. He shared, “I found a set of gear in like 15 minutes on a Rogue. Opened some caches in Helltide, put it in the stash, tempered it, and now we have these random level 200 items.”

He continued, “I was like ‘Okay, let’s do Capstone, and then do the other Capstone.’ I entered World Tier 4 at like level 20 after 15 minutes,” revealing that the grind to level 100 took him around 10 hours.

Finding himself surprised at how far he had progressed, Wudijo then decided to push his character’s limits further through Boss runs. With his character still alive in Diablo 4’s Hardcore permadeath mode, he chose to test his skills against a max-level Nightmare Dungeon.

Equipped with gear possessing Item Power in the low 200s, Wudijo completed the Tier 100 Nightmare Dungeon with impressive finesse. While this achievement astonished him, it is hardly surprising for those familiar with his remarkable abilities.

Wudijo has the distinction of being among the first 1,000 players to level a Hardcore character to 100 in Diablo 4. Additionally, he holds a record for reaching level 100 in under two hours, showcasing his unparalleled gaming prowess.
