Diablo 4 Streamer Shares Strategy for Obtaining Mythic Unique Items in Season 5 with High Drop Rates

During a recent stream, Diablo 4 content creator Rob2628 shared the impact of the Season 5 patch on Mythic Unique drops. The outcome was an astonishing two drops in just three minutes.

Despite a tumultuous beginning with server issues and game crashes, Diablo 4 Season 5 has arrived. Fortunately, some unexpected benefits have emerged from the chaos, as the developers have chosen to allow players to keep their Tempering Manuals from Season 4. Additionally, a glitch has resulted in some players gaining levels at a much faster rate.

Naturally, there are numerous planned bonuses such as Hellbreach Dungeons, Infernal Hordes, and the recently revamped Mythic Uniques. In fact, the updated drop rates for these Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4 Season 5 have led several players to believe that they are also experiencing issues.

Diablo 4 content creator Rob2628 recently shared a video showcasing an unbelievable Mythic Unique farming method with incredibly low drop rates. However, instead of receiving gratitude, players seem to have a negative reaction towards it.

Rob2628 has recently uploaded a video to his YouTube channel where he shows his gameplay in Diablo 4 Season 5. He is currently playing on a character in the game’s Eternal Realm and has transferred enough materials to summon the Tormented version of Lord Zir multiple times during his stream.

In a mere five interactions with Zir, Rob2628 is able to obtain two Mythic Uniques within a few minutes. This includes the highly sought-after Harlequin Crest or Shako, for those who like a bit of spice.

The drop rates of Mythic Uniques have been significantly increased for Diablo 4 Season 5, with each Tormented boss now having a 7.3% chance to drop one. Surprisingly, instead of praising Rob2628 for sharing this information, players are criticizing him for potentially exposing a bug.

“Beavis, please don’t cause them to nerf it before I have the opportunity to return home,”one user pleaded. “Why create a video like this when you know Blizzard is monitoring you?”another user questioned. “Not everyone has the luxury of playing all day and getting paid; some of us have full-time jobs and simply want a chance to obtain some Mythics after work.”

Critics alleged that the streamer’s drop rate had been manipulated due to his affiliation with Blizzard.

The increase in Mythic Unique drop rates and a bit of luck are probably the main factors contributing to this outcome.
