Did IVE Jang Wonyoung’s Visual Change? Here’s The Differences K-Netz Noticed

According to Korean netizens, the visuals of IVE member Jang Wonyoung have been altered for the group’s “HEYA”comeback.

On May 16, 2024, a user shared a post titled “Jang Wonyoung looks kinda different”with the popular South Korean online community forum Instiz.

The post featured a screenshot from one of Jang Wonyoung’s recent variety show appearances, as well as pictures of the female idol during IVE’s world tour in March, shared by the original poster.

Upon observation, it was acknowledged that Jang Wonyoung’s general facial features remained consistent, and it was clarified that there were no accusations of plastic surgery towards the female idol. Nevertheless, it was observed that the idol’s appearance had taken on a more feline resemblance, altering her overall appearance. It was speculated whether a change in her make-up routine could be the cause.

After viewing the post, Korean netizens concurred that Jang Wonyoung’s appearance had undergone a transformation. They pointed out that during the “HEYA”promotions, Jang Wonyoung did not wear colored lenses, but during their tour, she frequently sported blue or grey contact lenses.

Moreover, her eyelashes were more subtle and realistic during the group’s “HEYA”promotions, compared to the more dramatic and exaggerated ones used for their tour.

Additionally, several netizens noted further discrepancies in Jang Wonyoung’s makeup. They observed variations in the way her nose was contoured, as well as in the application of her inner eye corner and eye tails.
