Soccer star and big EA FC fan Diogo Jota has an idea to make his virtual player even stronger in next year’s game.
Liverpool sensation Diogo Jota is well known for his obsession with FIFA/EA SPORTS FC. The Portuguese star has reached the top of the FUT Champions rankings on several occasions and even performed goal celebrations specially designed for his virtual player.
And now, Jota has a new goal to improve himself off the field in the EA FC franchise, and it’s going to result in pulling off a well-known move.
Jota plans to add the comma to his kit on EA FC
During a live in collaboration with streamer Bateson87, Diogo Jota expressed his intention to perform the flip flap movement, also known as elastico or comma, when he returns to the field.
This is a feinting move to pass a defender, which involves the use of the dominant foot and a quick change of direction, using the inside of the foot to push the ball towards the non-dominant side.
However, the comma is only available to players with 5 stars of skill moves in the game.
However, Jota’s base card in EA FC 24 has 4 stars in technical gestures and not 5. However, his new Ultimate Birthday card has this coveted statistic.
But for the Liverpool player, Jota clearly intends to focus on the future installments of EA FC.
“I have to do this at least once when I play football again, just to see if I get five stars in the next FIFA!,” Jota said during the stream.
Jota will, however, have to wait for his return from injury, something coach Jurgen Klopp has said should happen soon after the international break.
