Where to Locate Sleep Herbs in Throne and Liberty?
Sleep Herbs are essential for the Clash! Headbutt Contest exploration quest, located in the Nesting Grounds region of the map—just before you reach Vienta Village. To start the Clash! Headbutt Contest, speak with Stage Artist Musk at the Nesting Grounds. Fortunately, this quest objective is clearly marked for your convenience.
Next, you will need to use a Sleep Herb on a Headcrusher Terror Bird, which will enable you to capture it and progress in the quest. You can find the Sleep Herbs on the mid-southwest side of Terror Bird Hill, close to the designated objective marker.
The Sleep Herb itself appears fluffy and is a creamy color, reminiscent of tater tots before they are baked. To complete this task, locate a Headcrusher Terror Bird, reduce its health to below 50%, and guide it to a Sleep Herb. After using the herb, you will finish the most interactive part of the Clash!
