Players looking to discover the Storm Chaser village should start by examining their map for a distinctive purple pentagon symbol. This symbol features a unique triangular icon accompanied by a lightning bolt, making it easier to identify.

Notably, the appearance of the village does not rely on specific in-game triggers, meaning you can find it at any time. Simply explore the map for the purple icon; for instance, in my playthrough, the village was situated to the southwest of my established base in the Grasslands.

Reaching the Storm Chaser village may require some effort, as I ventured directly through the Dry Valley and into a separate Grasslands area. This journey posed a significant challenge for early-game players. Therefore, I highly recommend either crafting a vehicle or ensuring you have a convenient fast travel point nearby. Establishing a fast travel point is invaluable, as it facilitates seamless transportation between the Storm Chaser village and your other settlements.

Upon arrival at the Storm Chaser base, players will meet Carl Ruckus. The storyline within this village progresses similarly to other villages, enhancing as you complete quests. Each completed mission helps to upgrade the village and elevate its overall rating.

Establishing the fast travel point becomes crucial as players will frequently need to transport resources for constructing essential structures, including the Metal Smelter and Cannon. While some resources can be obtained by exploring the new Storm Dungeons, having several storage chests at the Storm Chaser village is advisable to prepare for the extensive resource demands associated with upgrading the village and ultimately facing off against the Storm King.
