Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Simple Tip to Avoiding the Remy Quest for Players

The integration of daily Chez Remy Mobile tasks into Disney Dreamlight Valley has caused some disagreement, but a player has discovered an easy solution to avoid its most exasperating tasks.

The Lucky Dragon update not only included the addition of Mulan and Mushu in the game, but also introduced Chez Remy Mobile. This new feature allows players to complete daily cooking-themed tasks in order to collect a new material called Wrought Iron.

Despite the positive response from some players towards the inclusion of more repeatable quests, there has been criticism towards their implementation. One particular task in the Special Delivery category has been heavily criticized for requiring players to cook an excessive amount of 22 pies in exchange for a measly reward of three Wrought Iron.

Thankfully, a player has discovered an extremely easy solution that enables players to bypass tasks such as this.

According to user CelestialRose’s revelation on the DisneyDreamlightValley subreddit, it is possible to re-roll Remy’s quests if they are not accepted.

Thanks to Remy’s consistent practice of providing a task preview prior to its acceptance, this is made possible.

After being offered the pie eating content quest, the player shared, “I declined and was told to reconsider if I changed my mind.”Following their refusal, the player returned to Remy, who then offered them “a completely different quest for Chez Remy.”

Having personally tested it, I can verify that you can indeed reset your daily delivery quest by repeatedly declining Remy’s offers until he presents a task that you are willing to undertake.

It is essential to have a good understanding of the quests and their individual tasks. This is because Remy will not disclose the specific requirements until you have agreed to assist.

One limitation of this method is that all rerolled quests seem to be for the same character.

According to a commenter, they had previously exiled Mirabel from their valley, but recently received a quest involving her. Despite their efforts to get a quest for someone else, they were only able to receive quests for Mirabel for about five minutes.

This aligns with my personal experience, as throughout my test, I consistently received assignments that revolved around Anna.

Despite some limitations, this trick should still be helpful for Disney Dreamlight Valley players looking to avoid the most time and resource-consuming quests offered by Chez Remy Mobile.
