Disneyland’s Deadpool Actor Jokes About Wrongful Death Lawsuit

After much anticipation, Deadpool has finally made his first appearance at Disneyland. His trademark humor has already stirred up some controversy with Disney, possibly provoking a less-than-pleased response from none other than Mickey Mouse himself.

The Merc with a Mouth made his debut at Disneyland alongside his Deadpool & Wolverine co-star shortly after the movie’s release. He is already causing a stir with his trademark irreverent humor, such as labeling Splash Mountain as outdated.

His most recent creation is causing a stir. A TikTok user, gothgirl_doesdisney, captured footage of the Disneyland Deadpool making a clever jab at a recent Disney controversy involving the company’s attempt to evade a lawsuit by citing their Disney+ terms and conditions.

“Cinderpool explained to the crowd and a bewildered Wolverine that he had arrived late because he had diligently read through every page of the terms and conditions when signing up for Disney+.”

The joke is a jab at Disney in light of a recent scandal involving a death at Disney World in Florida. The husband of a woman who passed away from an allergic reaction after dining on Disney World premises filed a lawsuit against the company.

The dispute arose when Disney argued for the dismissal of the case, claiming that the victim’s husband was prohibited from suing the company due to the terms and conditions of his previous Disney+ account registration.

Despite the unsurprisingly massive backlash, Disney was forced to drop the claim just a few days later due to public pressure. However, as usual, Deadpool did not shy away from mocking the event for the audience.

If you’re a fan of Deadpool and want to catch him at Disneyland, look no further than the Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park. The character is currently hosting a family-friendly Story Time with Deadpool event, which may even include a special appearance by Wolverine.
