Disney’s D23 2024 Schedule, Panels, and Everything We Know

Disney is currently working on a multitude of projects, and our anticipation for the D23 2024 schedule is high as we await exciting announcements regarding Star Wars, Marvel, and Pixar.

Despite the excitement surrounding San Diego Comic-Con 2024, there is more to look forward to with D23 just on the horizon. This event will bring even more updates on various upcoming Disney projects.

This year brings a lot to keep track of, with new movie releases, upcoming Marvel films to anticipate, and the expansion of the Star Wars timeline.

Don’t worry, whether you are physically attending D23 or tuning in from home, we have all the information you need to stay updated.

When and Where is D23?

The D23 Ultimate Fan Event is set to take place from Friday, August 9 to Sunday, August 11. The event will primarily be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, with some showcases also being hosted at the Honda Center.

The D23 2024 schedule features various presentations at the Honda Center, including the Disney Entertainment Showcase, Disney Experiences Showcase, and Disney Legends Awards Ceremony.

Prior to the highly-anticipated launch on August 9, there will be a D23 Day event at Angel Stadium, as well as sweepstakes and entertainment taking place at Disneyland.

Friday August 9

The Disney Entertainment Showcase, beginning at 7pm, is the highlight of the opening night. It will feature exclusive announcements and previews of upcoming movies and shows for the audience to enjoy.

This event will be the one to keep an eye on for any future Star Wars releases, as well as whatever plans Marvel has in store for Phase 5 and Phase 6.

It is anticipated that the cast of The Fantastic Four will make an appearance, along with further announcements on Captain America 4 and Agatha. In addition, the main focus from a distant galaxy is expected to be on the New Jedi Order.

Saturday August 10

The highlight of Saturday will be Marvel’s Animation sneak peek, beginning at 12:45. This event will likely feature exciting content from X-Men and the recently released Spider-Man series.

As long as we remain optimistic, it is possible that we will receive a first glimpse of X-Men ’97 Season 2, and there is likely to be significant content related to Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.
