Continue reading to discover if the rewards and account level earned during the Closed Alpha and Beta tests for Marvel Rivals will transfer to the full version of the game.
The long-awaited Marvel Rivals Closed Beta has finally launched, introducing new characters to the lineup and offering an exclusive reward to players who reach a specific level.
Despite the limited availability of the beta, it’s not unexpected that players are already spending their time trying out the various hero abilities, game modes, and cosmetics.
Keeping this in mind, will the progress of the Marvel Rivals account transfer over when the game is officially released? Or will all progress be reset? Here is the information you need to know.
Are Beta Rewards for Marvel Rivals Transferrable?
The Venom Cyan Clash skin is a level 30 reward from the Galacta’s Quest in Marvel Rivals.
Only select beta rewards in Marvel Rivals will be carried over upon the game’s official launch. These permanent rewards will be marked with a special indicator in the game.
The Cyan Clash Venom skin will remain in your account once you unlock it during the ongoing Marvel Rivals Closed Beta at www.marvelrivals.com.
If you have completed all of the Galacta’s Quest missions and participated in the previous Closed Alpha, you will receive the Moonlit Witch Scarlet Witch skin and Alpha nameplate.
Any additional in-game cosmetic items or rewards that were unlocked during the beta, apart from those mentioned above, will not be transferred over to the full game.
Marvel Rivals Level Carryover
Unfortunately, your account level from the Marvel Rivals beta will not transfer to the official game release. When the game is officially launched, you will need to begin with a new account and work your way up from the beginning once more.
Fortunately, gathering XP is quite achievable if you employ these strategies. The Marvel Rivals beta, which currently includes Galacta’s Quest, suggests that a comparable feature will be offered in the official release, providing opportunities to earn XP through completing different tasks.
