The beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has started with its early access opening weekend. Fortunately for some players, their stats will not be transferred when the game is officially released.
The early access beta for Black Ops 6 will be accessible from August 30 to September 3 for players who have pre-ordered any edition of the game. Additionally, the open beta will also be available from September 6 to September 9.
Despite being a beta, there will still be players who end up at the bottom of leaderboards for various reasons. They may take longer to adapt to the new game or face opponents who have been putting in more effort, making it a challenging experience.
Rest assured, Activision has officially stated that your statistics and beta level will be reset upon the release of the game on October 25, 2024.
You can level up in the Black Ops 6 beta to unlock items and earn various cosmetic rewards.
The developer clarified in an official blog post that regardless of whether or not you reached Level 30 during the Beta weekends, all Beta leveling content will be reset upon the game’s launch.
Upon the release of Black Ops 6, all progress on your CoD account will be reset and you will begin at level one. This includes all unlocked items, such as weapons, attachments, camos, perks, and killstreaks.
Additionally, all of your stats will be erased. This means that your Kill/Death ratio, Win/Loss ratio, and any other information regarding your performance in the beta will be reset.
Nevertheless, any cosmetic rewards that you received for free during your participation in the Black Ops 6 beta will remain available on your account once the game is officially released. This will be the only aspect that will be transferred over.
