Dr Disrespect has hinted at the impressive financial terms of his contract with Rumble, suggesting that the deal surpasses an earlier offer from rival platform Kick. On November 25, Rumble officially announced that the popular streamer, whose real name is Guy Beahm, would be leading the gaming section of the site following difficulties in getting his YouTube channel remonetized.
As part of his agreement, Rumble disclosed that Dr Disrespect would receive equity as a significant portion of his compensation, along with responsibilities as an advisor to develop the Rumble Gaming community.
Dr Disrespect Hints at $25M Contract with Rumble
In a co-streamed broadcast on December 4, which was aired on both YouTube and Rumble, Dr Disrespect casually dropped references that implied the substantial value of his contract, suggesting it could be worth as much as $25 million. While interacting with his audience, he joked about receiving a call with a significant offer. “You ever get a flip phone call and on the other line was a 25?” he quipped before jokingly escalating it to a staggering “250 million dollar contract?”

This playful banter is a common theme within Dr Disrespect’s community, known for exaggerating numbers for comedic effect. He added humorously, “You ever turn on your fax machine and immediately you get a fax and in that fax was a loan approved for a Lamborghini? Never mind. I don’t want to continue to talk about myself.”
Earlier in May 2023, Dr Disrespect had disclosed that Kick had made him an offer of $10 million annually, which he declined, stating he would only consider joining the platform for $50 million. However, following accusations from former Twitch employees regarding a permanent ban linked to DMs sent to an underage user—a claim that Dr Disrespect disputes—Kick terminated any prospects of signing him.
In light of these developments, Dr Disrespect has made it clear that he would prefer to “retire before considering streaming on Kick.” Currently, his choice to join Rumble appears to bear fruit; following the announcement of his signing, Rumble’s market value experienced a notable increase of over $200 million.
Despite part of his first stream on Rumble being behind a paywall for Rumble Premium subscribers, it still achieved remarkable viewership numbers, affirming his ongoing popularity and the potential for future collaboration.
