Dragon Ball Daima Episode 4: Goku Targets the Tamagamis with the Introduction of a New Character

The latest installment of Dragon Ball Daima, specifically episode 4, has brought fans an intriguing narrative as Goku, Glorio, and Supreme Kai embark on an unexpected mission. Originally set on rescuing Dende and overcoming King Gomah, the trio modifies their plans after Goku’s strategic input, leading to the introduction of a new character along their journey.

In the preceding episode, Goku and his companions reached the ominous Third Demon World. Before confronting King Gomah, they needed to pay a visit to King Kadan. During this pivotal leg of their adventure, they stopped at A Town, where an encounter with local thugs resulted in a chaotic brawl at a pub. Frustratingly, the conflict concluded with the thugs stealing Glorio’s plane, leaving the team without a mode of transport.

In episode 4, titled “Chatty,”the plot picks up as Goku, Glorio, and Supreme Kai discover the unfortunate theft of Glorio’s plane. Faced with limited options, the trio opts to proceed on foot while hoping to arrange alternate transportation later. Although flying appears feasible, the challenges of air pressure prove to be quite exhausting.

During their on-foot expedition, they stumble upon a quaint tavern where they take a short respite. While the tavern owner lacks any aircraft for sale, he offers access to the innovative Sky Seed service. Meanwhile, Goku and Supreme Kai encounter medi bugs offering various enhancements such as stamina recovery and fusion abilities, piquing Goku’s interest and persuading Glorio to buy them without hesitation.

Shortly after, the tavern owner introduces them to the Sky Seed, which functions more like a launch pad than a conventional vehicle. This unique mode of transport covers significant distance but ultimately requires the group to alight before crashing back to earth.

Resuming their journey by foot, Goku reminisces about Piccolo’s mention of a Namekian named Neva. Glorio elaborates that the Demon Realm is the birthplace of the original Dragon Balls. Unlike Earth, where seven Dragon Balls are scattered, the Demon Realm has only three, all zealously guarded by Tamagamis.

Goku’s innate competitive spirit is immediately sparked at the mention of the Tamagamis. Despite Glorio’s skepticism regarding their defeat, Goku sees the potential for using the Demon Realm’s Dragon Balls to resurrect him and the others, thereby facilitating Dende’s rescue.

Upon arriving in another town, the group encounters the Gendarmerie—soldiers under King Gomah’s command, collecting oppressive tributes from the locals. Goku, witnessing the mistreatment of the townspeople, feels compelled to intervene. Just then, a mysterious ally steps in to assist.

However, this enigmatic figure lacks the strength to take down the Gendarmerie, prompting a hasty retreat. In response, Goku engages in an action-packed battle against the soldiers, ultimately emerging victorious—but at a cost. His triumph brands him a fugitive, and soon after, the mysterious ally reveals their identity as Panzy, in line with promotional teasers leading up to this episode.

This latest episode not only advances the storyline but also deepens character dynamics, paving the way for further adventures in Dragon Ball Daima.
