Dragon’s Dogma 2 hasn’t been released yet, but players are already creating hundreds of characters. The depth of the character creation tool even leads to some ingenious, and some terrifying, creations.
The long-awaited sequel to Capcom’s 2012 Dragon’s Dogma is fast approaching. But ahead of its big launch, the developer gave players access to its heavily crafted character creator.
This immediately led to some weird and wonderful creations, ranging from real-world people to entirely fictional characters.
Many players have been sharing their work on social media recently, ranging from the totally brilliant to the downright bizarre.
Thanos and Harry Potter are now canon in Dragon’s Dogma 2
In a post on Reddit, a user shared their remarkable recreation of Thanos. He managed to capture her relatively square jaw and chin lines. Thanos isn’t the only famous character that players have managed to recreate. Leonardo DiCaprio’s character in Tarantino’s acclaimed film Once Upon A Time In Hollywood also appeared on the subreddit, alongside wizard Harry Potter.

The character creation scene has grown so much in recent days that there is now a subreddit entirely dedicated to them. The Fashion Dogma page features some incredible work, including another Marvel character, Drax the Destroyer, and a brilliant recreation of Lae’zel from Baldur’s Gate 3.
The most disturbing of the characters shared so far is certainly Winnie the Pooh.
These creations are a testament to the awesome power of Dragon’s Dogma 2’s character creator. The creator can be downloaded through Steam for free, and it’s a fun way to spend an hour or two before the game’s release.
