Initiating the DTI Valentine’s Day Quest: Chapter 1
To embark on the DTI Valentine’s Day Quest, access the portal located in the Dress to Impress lobby. Whether you’re in the dressing room or the voting area, you can still join by clicking the heart button at the bottom-left corner, which will telegraph you to the Valentine’s Event server.
Upon teleporting into the game, approach one of the swan boats to select Chapter 1. You have the option to tackle the quest solo or team up with other players.
Completing the Potion-Making Quest
Shortly after your quest begins, you’ll meet Cupid, alongside his aide Leah Ashe, who assigns you a significant challenge—crafting love potions. To successfully complete this quest, you will need to brew three potions by following these steps:
- Memorize the Ingredients: When near the smaller cauldrons, take note of the Liquid Base and Solid Base. Selecting the wrong base can ruin your potion.
- Shake the Liquid Base: Move the circle vertically to shake the Liquid Base.
- Sprinkle the Solid Base: Slide the circle horizontally to sprinkle the Solid Base.
- Stir the Mixture: Drag the circle clockwise to properly stir.
- Select Your Potion Bottle: Choose from three available potion bottles—any selection is valid!
After brewing your potion, head to the large cauldron beside Leah Ashe and press the E key to deposit it. Repeat these steps for a total of three potions to complete this task.
Archery Target Practice Quest
With potion-making behind you, it’s time to tackle another challenge—archery! Enter yet another portal where you will aim and shoot at floating hearts. Remember: pink hearts yield 10 points, while golden hearts provide 25 points.
To successfully complete this quest, you must accumulate a total of 250 points within the time limit, with a strategic focus on targeting golden hearts for maximum scoring. Keep in mind that precise timing is crucial for success!
Accessing the Fortress Portal
After impressing Leah Ashe with your skills, she warns of upcoming dangers in the next realm. To reach the Fortress, you must open a new portal by successfully aiming and shooting an arrow at a floating golden heart. This step will teleport you to Chapter 2, where your adventure continues.
