EA FC 25 Price Ranges Surge as Meta Players Disappear from Marketplace

Some of the top players in EA FC 25 have been unavailable on the Transfer Market since the game’s launch, prompting developers to finally adjust their price ranges to better reflect their true value.

Each player in Ultimate Team is assigned a unique price range that establishes the minimum and maximum number of coins they can be traded for on the Transfer Market. This system ensures that all cards are sold at reasonable prices, helping to prevent players from engaging in coin trading by listing low-rated cards for exorbitant amounts.

However, EA sometimes misjudges the popularity of specific cards, resulting in maximum prices that are significantly lower than their actual market value. This issue has become apparent in EA FC 25, where fans have been acquiring meta items for a fraction of their worth, leaving them scarce on the market.

Recently, the developers have adjusted the price ranges for several high-demand cards to enhance their accessibility.

Some of the notable price increases include Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham, whose maximum Buy Now price has surged from 240,000 to an impressive 900,000 coins, and Liverpool’s Federico Chiesa, whose price jumped from 21,750 to 200,000 coins.

Conversely, some players still have price ranges set too high. Here are a few:

  • William Saliba (Arsenal): 150k -> 300k
  • Phil Foden (Manchester City): 110k -> 300k
  • Nico Williams (Athletic Bilbao): 80k -> 200k
  • Aurelien Tchouameni (Real Madrid): 10k -> 40k
  • Declan Rice (Arsenal): 20k -> 150k
  • Endrick (Real Madrid): 5k -> 25k
  • Nico Schlotterbeck (Borussia Dortmund): 10k -> 40k

While the adjustments in EA FC 25 will be welcomed by fans, as it means that their favorite players will be more accessible in Ultimate Team, a few notable cards remain unchanged. For example, Alexis Mac Allister still has a price cap at 10,000 coins, despite being a top midfielder in the Premier League who is currently extinct. Similarly, Lois Openda, a sought-after Bundesliga striker, remains unattainable at the 40,000 coin max.

On the lower end, 87-rated Victor Osimhen still features a max price of 85,000 coins, even though no one can manage to sell his card at that rate.

Nevertheless, players can expect more price range adjustments from the developers in the coming days as they aim to restore market balance.
