EA FC 25 Women’s Career Mode: An Explanation

EA FC 25 introduces a plethora of new features to Career Mode, including the ability to manage a women’s team for the first time ever.

The inclusion of women’s football has increased in the series with each new release, and female players were introduced to Ultimate Team through EA FC 24. However, despite the expansion of licensed leagues, fans have been requesting a Women’s Career Mode for several years.

Their wish will finally be fulfilled in EA FC 25, and we have gathered all the information we know so far about the leagues, teams, and everything else included in it.

How does the Career Mode for Women work in FC 25?

In EA FC 25, you have the opportunity to begin a Manager or Player Career with your preferred female football players or design your own character. From there, you can embark on your adventure as a manager or player for any of the licensed teams available.

Just like EA FC 24, this all functions in a similar manner, but there have been alterations made to ensure that Women’s Career Mode has an authentic and unique feel.

“As an illustration, female clubs operate on significantly smaller budgets compared to male teams, requiring you to strategize your signings with great precision. Additionally, players typically have shorter contract terms, requiring more effort to retain top players or negotiate new agreements.”

Moreover, the reduced number of clubs means a smaller pool of players to select from, intensifying the competition for potential breakout stars. As a consequence, there is a heightened focus on nurturing young talent, as several teams are unable to secure top-tier players.
