EA Sports Changes the Name of FIFA Games to EA Sports FC

When considering Electronic Arts (EA), many games spring to mind. In addition, numerous sports games spring to mind. There are many games available, including FIFA, NBA 2K series, PGA Tour, F1, NHL, Madden, and UFC, to name a few. FIFA must be one of the most profitable and well-known titles produced by EA. Because there are a large number of football-playing nations and a large number of football enthusiasts – far more than you might expect.

However, the renowned football game and EA have undergone changes. For so many years, EA has used the FIFA trademark for its football games; the most recent game is FIFA 23. However, this is now being altered, and EA will no longer use the FIFA trademark for any of its upcoming football games that do not feature the FIFA logo. Later this year, there will be an EA Sports FC instead of FIFA 24.

The rebranding is now active and has a new logo that will appear on EA’s more recent football titles. With EA Sports FC, you can anticipate over a thousand distinct varieties of football matches. Yes, you will see teams from the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, CONMEBOL, Barclay’s Women’s Super League, and NWSL, among others.

Indeed, this will be a step in the correct direction for football games. We can anticipate significant enhancements to the game’s gameplay, participants, and all teams available for selection. Regarding whether the games will feature actual football players, EA Sports FC has stated that all licensed players will be featured under this new branding.

Regarding the players and fanbase, the rebranded football game will continue to be known as FIFA because the brand name has been ingrained in everyone’s minds for years.
