Retribution is a powerful finishing move in Stellar Blade that inflicts significant damage on all enemies. It is a special attack that can only be executed after performing specific actions, unleashing a stylish and devastating strike that has the potential to defeat an enemy in a single blow.
Nevertheless, not everyone possesses the necessary gaming skills to successfully complete Retribution, making it a challenging task. However, here are some tips on how you can also accomplish it.
1. Retribution in Stellar Blade
To execute Retribution in Stellar Blade:
- Take note of the Yellow Diamond bar located directly below the enemy’s health bar.
To defend against the enemy’s attack, you must parry it the same number of times as the amount of Yellow Diamonds in the bar.
3. Rapidly tap the Triangle Button on your PlayStation controller to activate Retribution.
In order to perform retribution, you must first parry (deflect with your weapon) a certain number of attacks from an enemy, draining their yellow diamond bar.
The enemy’s stability is represented by the yellow bar, and when it is fully depleted, the enemy will become staggered. This means that successfully parrying all of their attacks will cause them to stagger, giving you an opportunity for retaliation.
Hence, opting to parry attacks in Stellar Blade is a preferable decision over dodging and evading.
If the opponent does not perish immediately upon usage of Retribution, they will instead revive with a replenished yellow diamond bar.
To execute a Retribution attack on the same enemy, you will need to deplete its yellow diamond bar once more.
