Elden Ring Player Achieves Record-Breaking Damage Against DLC Final Boss

An Elden Ring player managed to deal a record-breaking amount of damage in a single shot to Consort Radahn on NG+7, which is known as the game’s most challenging difficulty setting.

Despite the majority of players finding the final boss of Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree to be “unfun”, this particular player chose to demonstrate how effortlessly they could defeat Promised Consort Radahn.

A player on the Elden Ring subreddit shared a video in a Reddit post showcasing their remarkable feat of dealing 143,411 damage to the final boss. What made this even more impressive was that they achieved it on the game’s most challenging difficulty setting.

Using the incantation Ancient Dragons’ Lightning Strike, the player confronted the boss and successfully inflicted damage.

The video showed that the initial damage caused Radahn to enter the second phase of the battle, and despite skipping the cutscene, the remaining damage resulted in his complete defeat.

The replies from players conveyed a sense of amazement at the player’s use of buffs to inflict such high damage. One player even commented, “It’s incredible how the line of buffs is longer than your healthbar.”

Upon Radahn’s defeat, one player observed that the buffs disappeared quickly. In response, it was clarified that Radahn had a very narrow window to activate the other three buffs and execute the attack.

Despite the original poster’s lack of details on every buff, some observant players were able to identify buffs such as Maddening, Bleed, and Poison boosts, as well as the Bloodsucking and Lightning-Shrouding Cracked Tears.

This was not the sole occasion where a player had defeated the final boss of the DLC in an unconventional manner, as one individual managed to emerge victorious without dodging or blocking. In fact, there was even a player who successfully vanquished the boss Messmer using only a saxophone.

This remarkable accomplishment remains unmatched, but Elden Ring players are renowned for their determination and it wouldn’t be unexpected to witness another skilled player surpass this record for damage.
