Elyse Myers finally returns to TikTok months after suddenly wiping account

TikTok sensation Elyse Myers has made her comeback to the platform after abruptly deleting all of her content in early 2024 to take an extended hiatus from social media.

Ever since her story of a disastrous first date at Taco Bell went viral in 2021, Elyse Myers has amassed a following of over 7 million on her account.

The popular internet personality has been sharing her life through comedy skits and has emerged as one of the leading mental health advocates on TikTok in recent years. However, in Spring 2024, she decided to delete all of her content from her channel.

Despite facing harassment from fans in the comments of her videos, Elyse has not directly addressed her sudden departure from social media. This coincided with the difficult revelation that her newborn son was experiencing serious health problems.

Throughout the majority of 2024, her TikTok bio has stated: “Going on hiatus from this app. I’ll be back when I’m back.” Nevertheless, on August 28, Myers surprised her followers by sharing a new video announcing her comeback to the popular video platform.

Her updated biography now states: “Greetings and salutations.”

Supporters of Elyse Myers from around the globe expressed their enthusiasm for her comeback to the platform.

“In response, another user commented, asking if anyone else had experienced a moment of panic and quickly checked the date of the video, only to become even more panicked upon realizing that the person in the video was back.”

Another exclaimed, “Wow, an Elyse Myers video!. .. OH MY GOD, AN ELYSE MYERS VIDEO!”This thought ran through my mind.

“I was filled with audible gasps and an instant, big smile upon seeing this! Welcome back,”remarked a third person.

It is uncertain how frequently Elyse will be posting on her TikTok account, but it can be confirmed that this signifies her complete comeback to social media. In August, the comedian surprised her followers with a picture on Instagram and has shared nearly 20 more posts since then.
