Early patch notes for the highly anticipated update of Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl have been released, detailing several key improvements aimed at resolving crashes, progression issues, and user interface (UI) problems.
Despite receiving a generally positive reception, Stalker 2 faced multiple challenges upon its release, including frequent crashes, bugs disrupting main quest progress, and non-player characters (NPCs) getting trapped in various scenarios.
To address these concerns, GSC Game World has committed to pushing updates soon, which players can expect to see live shortly.
Scheduled for the week beginning November 25, the forthcoming patch will be available on both PC and Xbox platforms. This update is set to enhance gameplay stability by addressing crashes, fixing bugs that hinder progression, and recalibrating the prices of upgraded weapons. Players exploring the Zone can also look forward to smoother visuals and improved NPC behavior after the update is applied.
