The media for Min Hee-jin’s legal representative Sejong Law Firm, managed by Macoll Consulting Group, announced that CEO Min would be addressing her stance on the upcoming shareholders’ meeting during today’s press conference.
The press conference is scheduled for 2:30 PM to 3:20 PM, with a short photo opportunity planned from 2:20 PM to 2:23 PM.
According to sources within the music industry, ADOR held an exceptional shareholders’ assembly this morning at a secret venue in Seoul, during which they selected Kim Joo-young (CHRO), Lee Jae-sang (CSO), and Lee Kyung-joon (CFO) as new internal directors upon the recommendation of HYBE.
The dismissal of Shin and Kim, two current ADOR internal directors who are acknowledged associates of CEO Min, has occurred.
Initially, HYBE had intended to dismiss CEO Min Hee-jin during the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting. However, on May 30th, the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Division 50, presided by Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon, granted CEO Min’s request for an injunction against HYBE’s use of voting rights, thus enabling her to continue in her role.
On April 22nd, HYBE initiated an investigation into the management of ADOR, alleging that they were trying to take over control. They also pressed charges against CEO Min and other individuals for violating their duties.
Min, the CEO, refuted these accusations by stating, “This is false.”She asserted that HYBE’s actions were a response to her bringing up concerns about Belift Lab’s girl group ILLIT imitating NewJeans’ concept.
CEO Min’s initial impromptu press conference, in which she openly censured HYBE using powerful rhetoric, garnered substantial interest.
With the announcement of a second press conference, there is great anticipation surrounding the stance that CEO Min will adopt this time.
