Emily in Paris Season 4 Part 1 set the stage, but the real drama is packed into the second half. Here’s the full rundown on Emily in Paris Season 4 Part 2 and its ending, with plenty of spoilers ahead.
Emily in Paris Season 4 Part 1 recap
Let’s rewind a bit. The first five episodes have Emily (Lily Collins) caught in a love triangle between Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) and Alfie (Lucien Laviscount), both of whom she still harbors feelings for.
She’s grappling with the fallout of Gabriel and Camille’s (Camille Razat) wedding being called off, with Camille disappearing after revealing her pregnancy (don’t worry, Emily tracks her down). Similarly, Alfie and Emily decide to break up for the same reason – her lingering feelings for Gabriel.
Camille reconnects with Sofia (Melia Kreiling), and they temporarily live in Gabriel’s apartment while searching for a new place. Eventually, Sofia heads to Greece and invites Camille to join her, but she declines.
This turmoil creates significant inner conflict for Emily. She’s trying her best to rekindle her romance with Gabriel but feels increasingly sidelined. The twist? Camille isn’t pregnant after all.
Meanwhile, Mindy (Ashley Park) embarks on her Eurovision journey with her band and Benoit (Kevin Dias), but they’re struggling financially to be considered for the contest. Despite being with Nico (Paul Forman), she faces challenges as he fails to stand up for her against his father, Louis.
After Mindy learns of harassment allegations against Louis, Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) publicly shares her negative experiences with him in the media. This prompts JVMA to take action – but Julian (Samuel Arnold) returns to Agence Grateau with some insider information.
Emily in Paris Season 4 Episode 6 recap: ‘Last Christmas’
Emily in Paris Season 4 Part 2 kicks off with the holiday season. Emily is on her way back to Chicago for Christmas, after receiving a first-class flight upgrade from Sylvie. Yet, due to severe weather in the U.S., all flights are canceled, forcing Emily to spend Christmas in Megève with Camille’s family… and Gabriel.
Upon arrival, Emily senses chaos. Camille’s family whispers behind her back and openly discuss her perceived role as a mistress, sneaking off with Gabriel at night. Gradually, Emily begins to feel the weight of their remarks.
Gabriel is focused on the baby and Camille, leaving little room for Emily in his life. Eventually, Camille confesses to Gabriel that she isn’t actually pregnant.
Things turn sour when Camille and Gabriel convince Emily to join them skiing, leading to Emily being stranded on a mountain. Fortunately, an Italian stranger swoops in to rescue her, and they hit it off instantly. Confronted by her feelings, Emily confronts Gabriel and realizes their arrangement is unworkable. She leaves the mountain and heads back to Paris.
Back in Paris, she reunites with Alfie, who shares news of his new girlfriend visiting London for Boxing Day. This leaves Emily heartbroken as the episode concludes.
Meanwhile, Sylvie attempts to enjoy Christmas with her husband Laurent (Arnaud Binard), but chaos ensues when Laurent’s daughter Genevieve (Thalia Besson) comes to stay, disrupting the peace.

Emily is thrilled to have another American in the office. While out for lunch together, they catch a glimpse of Brigitte Macron at the restaurant, prompting Emily to try and snag a selfie for her Instagram.
There’s also romantic tension as Emily meets Gabriel again. They discuss their earlier confrontation on the mountain, but Gabriel’s lunch with Camille takes an unexpected turn when Camille proposes they consult a priest about adoption.
At the office, Agence Grateau finds out that Gabriel’s been booked for a significant TV opportunity, and it’s Emily’s responsibility to get him on board. When they do finally meet, Gabriel expresses his frustrations with Emily in French, revealing their growing alienation.
Simultaneously, Mindy discovers a new opportunity to earn money for Eurovision by performing at Crazy Horse, albeit requiring her to sing topless. This greatly unnerves Nico, who struggles to accept her choice.
After a night out, Emily and Mindy see Genevieve sharing drinks with Gabriel, raising more questions about their dynamic.

At the same time, Agence Grateau works with an Italian client impressed by their recent campaign. After the meeting, Genevieve reassures Emily about her brief encounter with Gabriel, claiming it was innocent.
When Emily returns to her desk, she finds a gift from Marcello, furthering their connection. Mindy’s own tensions with Nico escalate as she prepares for Eurovision, leading to some uncomfortable staged photographs.
Emily, Benoit, and Nico attend Mindy’s performance at Crazy Horse, applauding her success, but Nico remains detached. Emily texts Marcello, and they spend a night exploring Paris together.
The next morning, Marcello invites Emily to a polo match and then reveals he’s leaving that night. He suggests a weekend in Rome, which Emily considers. Later, at a party, Emily and Marcello share their first kiss, with Marcello implying he’ll see her in Rome.
