Enabling PlayStation Prompts in Ace Attorney Investigations Collection: A Step-by-Step Guide

CAPCOM has launched another Ace Attorney collection for PC and consoles, featuring the adventures of Miles Edgeworth in the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection. The PC version closely resembles previous releases, with several enhancements. If you’re unsure how to activate the PlayStation button prompts in Ace Attorney Investigations Collection, follow these steps.

Enable PlayStation Prompts in Ace Attorney Investigations Collection

To enable the PlayStation button prompts in Ace Attorney Investigations Collection, you must disable Steam Input so that the game utilizes the native profiles created by the developers for the controllers.

  • Ensure Ace Attorney Investigations Collection isn’t running
  • Open Steam and go to your library
  • Right-click on Ace Attorney Investigations Collection and select Properties
  • In the Controller tab, choose the Disable Steam Input option under Override for Ace Attorney Investigations Collection

This adjustment will enable the game to switch to the native profiles, and you will see the PlayStation button prompts on the screen once you connect a DualShock 4 or a DualSense controller.

It’s great that the developers have integrated these profiles into the game, but having an option to switch between different button prompts in-game would be appreciated. Since this title isn’t control-intensive, Steam Input does not interfere with any specific configurations set by the developers, making it easier to change button prompts.

In addition to this collection, Miles Edgeworth also makes an appearance in Among Us.
