To start increasing your Wisdom in the Grand Trad area of Metaphor: ReFantazio, you can admire the vistas of the Royal Capital. This can be accomplished by interacting with the bench located on Sunlemo Street, which has a Wisdom icon above it, as indicated on the accompanying map.

Engaging in this activity triggers a brief scene featuring the protagonist alongside Gallica, where they watch people pass by. Each time you do this, your Wisdom stat will increase by two points. Note that like other exploration activities, this will consume your current day/night cycle, but feel free to return to the “View of the Royal Capital” as often as you wish.
