Esports Caster Accuses QTCinderella of Misusing His Image in “Scam Business” Allegations

Twitch star QTCinderella faced backlash for mistakenly using the photo of the wrong ‘Banks’ while discussing who would be most likely to start a “scam business.”

During a Twitch stream, QT and her longtime boyfriend Ludwig Ahgren participated in a game where they identified streamers in response to various prompts.

The questions varied widely, covering topics from “Will coach a kids soccer game and be way too into it” to “Is pulled over for driving too slow.” This stream was later uploaded to YouTube on September 8, 2024, complete with images of each highlighted streamer.

Among the questions, one queried who was “Most likely to create a scam business,”to which QTCinderella answered “Banks,”clarifying her reference to FaZe Clan CEO Ricky Banks during her discussion with Ludwig.

However, the image of esports commentator James Banks was mistakenly displayed, prompting him to publicly address the error on X.

“Ay yo wtf?? QTCinderella Why are you using my face? We’ve never met or spoken to each other,” he remarked.

“I understand who she meant to do but you gotta be more careful…this ain’t cool.”

As of now, QTCinderella has not addressed the mistake, and James’ image remains in the video.

The selection of Banks’ photo in the video appeared to be an oversight, as noted by a user who commented that his image comes up prominently in Google Image searches for ‘banks streamer.’

After mentioning Banks in the video, QT and Ludwig discussed the Save The Kids crypto scandal from 2021, which involved Frazier Kay and several former FaZe members.

FaZe Banks publicly criticized the incident, denouncing the “greed and selfishness”that characterized the situation, raising awareness through Coffeezilla’s investigations.
