The upcoming release of the Zen 5 chips is highly anticipated to take place at Computex 2024 during the first week of June. These chips will provide a significant improvement for AM5 users. While Asus and other companies will unveil new motherboard designs once the full potential of the Zen 5 chips is revealed, AMD users can be reassured that they will not need to purchase a new motherboard.

AMD has expressed their dedication to continuing support for the AM5 platform until at least 2025, as evidenced by this news. According to a spokesperson, the company plans to maintain support for AM5 for as long as they possibly can.
