Ranking of Female Characters in Blue Lock
Junko Hiori
Junko Hiori, the mother of Yo Hiori and wife of Ginji Hiori, was a professional high jump athlete who achieved second place in Japan. Her determination led her to encourage her son Yo and husband Ginji to excel in football and strive for greatness.
Despite Yo’s struggles with overbearing expectations and a lack of empathy for his feelings, he continued to grapple with a sense of purpose and confidence in his football career. This was particularly highlighted when Yo fell down the stairs, as both Ginji and Junko showed more concern for his injured leg than his overall well-being.
And Him
Iyo Isagi is the mother of Yoichi Isagi, the main character in the anime. Despite not being familiar with the sport of football, she is a loving and supportive mother who encourages her son to pursue his dream of becoming a professional football player. In fact, she even attended his match against the U-20 Japanese National team to show her support.
During the brief period of time between the U-20 match and the Neo Egoist League, Iyo Isagi also made sure to reassure her son that both of his parents would support him, regardless of his success.
Yu Bachira
Fans love Yu Bachira more than Iyo Isagi because she is Meguru Bachira’s mother and has a more prominent role in the anime, particularly in Meguru’s backstory.
Described as a middle-aged woman, she is a painter known for her kindness, sociability, and role as a supportive mother. This was particularly evident when she didn’t dismiss her son’s belief in a monster, instead encouraging him to view it as an imaginary friend with whom he could play football.
Anri Teieri
Despite her undeniable attractiveness, Anri Teieri’s popularity in Blue Lock is largely due to her significant role in the anime. She played a crucial part in the series by proposing a plan to the JFU executives that would aid Japan in their pursuit of winning the World Cup.
Despite facing ridicule from the JFU board members for being a woman with big dreams and a big chest, Anri Teieri remains fiercely passionate about football and refuses to back down. She maintains her composure and professionalism while confidently speaking her mind and staying committed to her goals.
