TWICE’s Dahyun will soon be making her first appearance as an actress!
After TWICE renewed their contracts with JYP Entertainment in August 2022, the members wasted no time in exploring new opportunities through solo ventures. Jihyo and Nayeon successfully debuted as solo artists, while Mina, Momo, and Sana formed a trio, known as MISAMO. And now, it is Dahyun’s turn to take a leap in her career as she makes her debut as an actress.

TWICE Member Dahyun Set to Make Highly-Anticipated Acting Debut
Dahyun, a member of the popular group TWICE, will be making her acting debut for the first time.
DongA, a Korean media outlet, recently reported that TWICE member Dahyun has received an offer to star in the upcoming independent feature film, “Power Run”(working title). If she accepts the role, it will mark her first foray into acting since her debut.
To add even more significance, it should be noted that Dahyun is the first member of TWICE to make her acting debut.
“Power Run”is a sports drama feature film directed by Lee Seung Hoon. The cast for the film, including Dahyun’s co-stars, has not yet been announced. Stay tuned for further updates on Dahyun’s upcoming acting project!

Recent Activities of TWICE
On the 17th of July, TWICE has plans to release their fifth complete Japanese album, “DIVE.”
Later in the same month, TWICE will make a highly anticipated comeback with their “READY TO BE”global tour, featuring electrifying stadium shows in Japan. Mark your calendars for July 13 and 14 as TWICE takes the stage at Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka, followed by performances at Tokyo’s Ajinomoto Stadium on July 20 and 21.
TWICE will make history as the first female artists from overseas (non-Japanese) to take the stage at the Nissan Stadium in Kanagawa. Their performances are scheduled for July 27 and 28.

On February 23, TWICE released their 13th Korean mini-album, “With YOU-TH,”which included the lead single “ONE SPARK.”Prior to this, the group had released the pre-release single “I GOT YOU”on February 2. “With YOU-TH”became TWICE’s fifth album to reach the top-ten charts and the third K-pop girl group album to achieve number one, following BLACKPINK and NewJeans.
